FAQs for Ticket Buyers


How can I contact the event organiser about the event or my tickets?

You can find a contact link in the "About Organiser" section on the event details page and in the footer of the ticket confirmation email you received. Additionally, contact details may be available on the website or social media pages where you originally found the event.


How can I purchase tickets for an event listed on TicketKart?

Events on TicketKart are marketed directly by the organiser. Ticket links may be available on their website, social media pages, or wherever you learned about the event. Alternatively, you can visit ticketkart.com and use the search bar to find the event.


What should I do if I have lost my tickets?

If you purchased your ticket as a registered user, you can log in to your TicketKart account to resend the ticket to your email or download it directly from the ticket section. If you booked as a guest user, please contact the event organiser through the event details page to request a resend. They should be able to resend your ticket to the original email address used for the purchase.


Can I change my tickets or edit my order for an event on TicketKart?

For any changes to your tickets, please contact the event organiser directly. You can find the necessary contact link in the "About Organiser" section of the event details page and in the footer of your ticket confirmation email. TicketKart serves as a platform for event organisers to sell tickets and set their own terms and conditions.


Am I eligible for a refund on my tickets?

Please note that TicketKart does not handle refunds for event tickets. The responsibility for refunds lies entirely with the event organiser. If you wish to request a refund, please reach out to the event organiser directly using the contact information found on the event details page or in your ticket confirmation email. Refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser and will be subject to their terms and conditions. TicketKart does not manage or see any of the funds from your ticket purchase.


What if the event organiser does not respond to my inquiry?

Event organisers are responsible for their own sales terms and for responding to ticket buyer inquiries, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If you believe an event organiser has violated any terms, please submit our event reporting form. All reports will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken in collaboration with the event organiser. Please note that you should not expect a direct response from us when reporting an event.


How can I report an event using TicketKart?

If you suspect misuse of the system or fraudulent event listings, please submit our event reporting form, which can be found on the event details page under "Report this Event." All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken at our discretion. Again, please note that a direct response from us regarding your report is not guaranteed.

TicketKart operates as a self-service platform, where ticket sellers manage their own event listings, tickets, and customer orders independently. When you purchase a ticket, you are buying it directly from the ticket seller, and your agreement is solely with them.
