Welcome to TicketKart! By using our platform to manage your events and ticket sales, you ("Organiser" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TicketKart ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

Organisers must ensure that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to host and promote their events.

2. Use of Platform

As an organiser, you are responsible for:

  • Accurately describing your events, including details such as event name, venue, date, time, ticket types, and prices.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your event and ticket sales.
  • Ensuring the event content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

3. Fee Structure and Pricing

  • The fee structure for TicketKart is transparently displayed when creating tickets for your event. You can also find detailed information on fees under the "How Fees Work" section or on our Pricing page.
  • TicketKart reserves the right to update or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

  • In case of a cancellation or significant change to your event, you are responsible for managing refunds to ticket buyers according to your stated policy.
  • TicketKart's fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • For refunds, you are liable to pay the payment gateway charges again. These charges are detailed on our Pricing page under Paid Event Payment Processing Charges and may vary by country.

5. Promo Codes and Ticket Pricing

  • You are solely responsible for any discounts applied through promo codes you create.
  • Revalidate promo codes to ensure they apply the correct discount. If there are issues, report them to us for resolution.
  • TicketKart will not cover any differences for tickets sold before resolving promo code issues. To prevent losses, deactivate problematic promo codes.
  • You are fully responsible for setting accurate ticket prices. TicketKart is not liable for any losses caused by incorrect pricing.
