- We will use your booking contact (email id) details to send you updates for future events organised by the Shubham Committee. If you do not want to receive details of future events, please unsubscribe from the mailing list.
- This is an outdoor event. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event due to adverse weather or an act of nature beyond the control of the organisers or any other reason at their discretion.
- The entry fee to the event is £2.00 per head . The admission to the event is limited and only available to the valid ticket holder.
- In certain circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to deny a valid ticket holder the admission to the event site. These include but are not limited to being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone found in possession of alcohol, drugs or dangerous objects will be asked to leave. Anyone demonstrating adverse behaviour will also be asked to leave.
- The program schedule is indicative only and may change during the day of the event.
- It is highly recommended that guests with respiratory problems (asthmatic) are advised not to visit the event ground.
- Guests with contact lenses are advised to not wear these during the event.
- In order to protect your eyes wearing sunglasses or swimming goggles is advised.
- Please respect the environment and dispose of garbage responsibly in the designated areas.
- Taking pictures is allowed for private use only.
- Use of electronic devices (cameras & mobile phones) is solely the responsibly of the guests and the organisers are not liable for any damage caused to these personal items.
- The ticket holder, by entering the event site, agrees irrevocably that pictures and sound recordings made at the event can be used by the organisers and their representatives free of charge for reports as well as advertisement and sponsorship materials. The ticket holder also waives any image copyright.
- The ticket holder is responsible for their valuable and personal belongings.
- The organisers have no responsibility in case of any loss or left at the venue.
- Please play the colour of Holi responsibly and also respect the privacy of other members. The organisers are not responsible for any damage or injury of life, body or health.
- The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, damage and no compensation will be awarded for any such loss.
- There is limited on-site parking.
